Can't find the damn belt - pls help

Where do you guys buy the belt for your JRSC? I did a search and came across TWO types of belts.

Someone mentioned to look for the 4 ribs, 620mm which is 4PK620. Greg did some conversion then came up with 4PK245 (is this in inches???).

Anyways, I swung by Pepboys today and they didn't have either one....I believe their belts are in inches so I started scanning for the 4PK245 one. All they have is 240K4 and 248K4. There is no "P"..what the heck is "P" anyways? Where do you guys pick up your belt and what's the exact model #? This would help me out greatly..thank you.

It's just a different company's numbering scheme.

4PK620 (620mm) = 4PK245 (24.5") = (at your store apparantly) 245K4.

I'd get 248K4 (24.8") first and try it.

Don't know if you have these where you live, but NAPA auto parts usually has our sizes, even for those of us that need 595mm belts for our smaller pulleys.

You might also try some of your local "mom and pop" auto parts stores... I have found that usually carry obscure sizes as well. Usually the chain stores will only carry the most popular sizes... I guess we arent popular.

I bought the 4PK620 and 4PK800 from my local Kragen. They worked fine.

I dropped by AutoZone today and they do have it. Just ask them to punch in 4PK620 or 245PK4. The belt is madeby KellySpring I believe and will have both of those numbers on them Many thanks for the help out guys.
